If you are getting married, and if your wedding package cost tens of thousand of dollars, then perhaps you should cancel it and go for a cheaper package. The cheaper the better.
A new study done by two economics professors found a link between the length of marriage and wedding cost. They found that couples who spend lesser on weddings tend to have longer-lasting marriages than those who splurge.
Also the study found lower divorce rates among couples who spend lesser on engagement rings.
So if you care about having a long-lasting marriage and want to avoid divorce, perhaps you should hold a simple wedding ceremony at ROMM instead of splurging tens of thousands of dollars on a one-day event.
